How It Got Started

I am a community pharmacist, and my passion is providing patients with the knowledge and tools to take charge of their own health. Traditionally I would be able to provide this information to my patients when they come into the pharmacy, but with the increase of patients moving to online providers, I want to still be able to reach people and provide advice and support. Often most customers who come back to a "bricks and mortar" pharmacy do so because they have either received poor service or are not getting the necessary interaction with a healthcare professional.

With the constant growth of online information freely available, there is a lot of false info out there as well. I have started this blog to provide accurate information to help patients make informed decisions about their health.

In addition to health advice, I will provide product reviews, app reviews, nutrition, and combat the false information that is online.
